Having worked in marketing for almost 20 years, I know what it’s like to work in a job with daily deadlines and pressure. Living a life where you have to find ways to manage stress levels and work life balance.  

Through a variety of practices but predominately a balance of meditation, yoga, and breathwork, I have really found a way to live mindfully and (mainly) at peace. Peace from the daily pace of my life, peace from my noisy mind and peace from the so called perfect life that everyone portrays on social media..

 

Body Mind and Breath was born through my desire to help people live a less stress filled anxious life. I believe with these three key principles balanced and working healthily together you can live a happy life and should be able to self regulate to avoid mounting anxiety and pressure.

 

I know how hard it is to be busy and forget to look after yourself, but I also know that when I find the time and put a regular practice in place that it can be life changing and now I feel this is my time to pass this on.

 

It is never too late to make changes, even the tiniest changes can make the biggest difference.
